New News

I haven't updated this in a while, but here it goes! New things!! First, we found a wonderful house that fits us very well, and its a house finally! We are still trying to get things situated for us, but there is still a lot to do.








Also, Brayden was in a fashion show this past weekend. He was adorable and the only boy. It was for a good cause. It was for operation school bell which benefits children all over the city of Pueblo. He also got to stand with Craig Elliot. For those of you who don't know this town, Craig Elliott is the local weather man.















Not much else has happened! The kids are growing like crazy! They all are doing well in school and having fun. For both Don and I, we are very happy and working our tails off! Lol. I hope everyone is well!

Don Leaving

Just an update for you all! Today September 6th, 2009 I had to take Don to the airport to go to South Carolina because the army thinks that they needed to call him back to active duty. He is army oriented so it's some thing that he likes doing, but because he's got a wonderful family he really does not want to go. SO with that. Please keep us in your prayers!!!!

Wedding!

We officially got married July 12th! Thanks to the wonderful help of my good friend Mandy, and my friend from back in the day, Kaite. We ended up with a beautiful wedding! After being together for 3 years it's about time that we officially tied the knot. I have attached some pictures of it!! After the wedding we headed down to Colorado City, Co to the K.O.A. and stayed there for our honeymoon. We went fishing, golfing, and just had a blast with some of the other campers! It was a blast!!! Thank you all for your support!!

Trip to Texas

Ok, so some of you guys don't know that we just made a trip to Texas for a few reasons. The main reason we went to Texas was for Destiny. She was in her biological dad's wedding. Then Brayden and Terron got to spend time with my ex Richard. There dad. Don and I got some free time and spent time seeing Don's best friend Mikey and his wife. Mikey just got back from Iraq. We had a wonderful time rediscovering our relationship too! We didn't have the normal everyday stress so we were able to work things out easier.
Ok, SOOO to start we left on Wednesday and drove from Pueblo down to Killeen Texas. Dropped the kids off with Richard. Then Don and I headed on to his best friends. We spent the night and the next morning with them. About 3pm we went and picked up Destiny and headed to Dallas to take her to her Daddy Scotts. We went to the rehersal and the rehersal dinner for there wedding. We dropped Destiny off and let her stay with them. We headed back towards Killeen. We made a stop in Waco to visit a friend of mine and her new husband. We ended up spending the night there and I got to see how big her kids had gotten sence we had left. Then that morning we got up and went back to Killeen. We stayed there and played around until Saturday. Saturday we headed back up to Dallas for the Wedding. It was beautiful and Destiny was adorable. She wanted nothing to do with me, but that felt good that she really is loving Scott and his new wife! I adore Scotts wife Crystal. If I could chose anyone to be a second mom for Destiny she would be one I would choose. She truly loves Destiny!!! We headed back to Killeen that night. Sunday morning we got up and got Brayden and Terron. They had a horrible time with Richard. He didn't take them anywhere. They sat in the hotel for 3 days doing nothing except watching TV and playing the PSP. They only had pizza to eat too. So I was a little upset because they were gonna have to sit and watch tv the ride home, and they wern't having that. So what should have taken us about 12-13hours to drive took us almost 20hours. All in all it was a good time. Kinda sad to have to come home sence our good friends are back there. But good to be back here in Colorado with Don's boys. Although if Autumn were nice enough we would be back in TX!

Update on the issues with Don and his kids!

OK, so here is the latest news! We got a letter from the kids attorney, well more of a response to the ex's motion to delay Don's time....the kids attorney said in short that she's in the wrong and that the delay should not happen, and Don should have his kids. AMAZING!! Then...YES there is MORE good news! Ok, so the ex wife said that Don could have kids over spring break on his days off...knowing her, we didn't get our hopes up! BUTTTTTT, YEAH she is actually letting us have them from Wednesday morning till later Thursday night!! FINALLY!! But still we are not getting our hopes up for this parenting thing to soon!!! We can hope and pray! Only God knows what's in store! I just hope that the good things keep coming, Don is really lovin it!

Well, we all around here have been sick! I am waiting to go to the dr's and see if Terron has asthma and might be diabetic. Go figure!! lol...Other than being sick, things are still crazy with Don's ex-wife! She's still trying to keep him from the boys, which as we all know, hurts the kids more than helps them. I have to figure out how to get my pictures from my phone to the computer then I will put pics up from my trip to the lake with Terron to play!

This is the 5 wonderful kids we have now! We get to see Triston and Cameron every saturday, so it's pretty rowdy around here, but so much fun!
